Construction process

Regarding the interior construction time, it will be completed depending on the current status of the apartment and the items to be constructed:

1. The normal progress from the company's side meets
2. Apartment interior construction: 25-30 days.
3. Villas - townhouses 25-30 days or more
4. Office interior construction: From 10 - 20 working days or more.
5. Showroom interior construction: From 25 to 40 working days or more
6. Hotel and Restaurant interior construction: Construction time depends on the design documents for each specific stage.

The construction stage will be paid in 2 installments

Apply for construction permit, deposit with project management board (if necessary)

Usually, interior construction of apartments or townhouses will require a permit from the building management board or neighborhood management board. It will take from a few days to 1 week.

Construction

Basic steps in the construction phase:

1. New construction/ fundament renovation
2. Demolition or/and construction, installation, tiling
3. Construction of electricity and water, plaster ceiling, painting
4. Production and installation of furniture
5. Installation at the construction site
6. Completion and cleaning
7. Contract payment, acceptance, handover of completed property to customer and sending warranty certificate
